Early Bird rate is available until 23 February 2025.

Standard rate is available from 24 February 2025.

Onsite rate is available from 25 March 2025.

 

Cancellations up to and including 25 February 2025, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations from 26 February 2025 to Thursday, 6 March 2025 will incur a 75% cancellation fee.

Cancellations from Friday, 7 March 2025 to Tuesday, 11 March 2025 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations on or after Wednesday, 12 March 2025 will not be entitled to any refunds.

 

Substitutions are available at any time before your attendance at the conference starts.

Room Rates

The negotiated rates are valid up to 25 March 2025 or until sold out. After this date, accommodation is subject to availability and rates may be subject to increase. Should a delegate wish to extend their accommodation, please contact the hotel directly to arrange after initial registration has been processed. Rates outside of the negotiated dates Wednesday 26 March 2025, and Thursday, 28 March 2025 are subject to the hotels availability.

 

Hotel Information

Check-In

Upon check-in all guests will be required to present a credit card for pre-authorisation to cover all charges not covered by the booking organiser. 

Check-In / Check-Out Times

Check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1100 hours. 

Although the above times are our normal check in and out times, you are welcome to enjoy the Hotel facilities outside these times.  Porters can store your luggage until your rooms are available or until you depart. Express check in and check out can be arranged upon request directly with the hotel. Please note 7 days’ notice is required to organise this service.

Cancellation

For delegates booked at the Hyatt: 

One night’s room rate is non-refundable for cancellations made from Wednesday, 29 January 2025 to Monday, 24 February 2025. 
100% of booking cost is non-refundable for cancellations made from Tuesday, 25, February 2025.


For delegates booked at other hotels, you should confirm the cancellation policy with the hotel.
