The Law Council of Australia’s Federal Dispute Resolution Section invites you to attend the fourth annual Commonwealth Law Conference.
Join us for a full day of thought leadership, expert discussion, and professional networking. This flagship event will bring together leaders from across the legal profession, academia and the judiciary to mark 50 years since the Federal Court of Australia was established and to explore issues shaping federal litigation and dispute resolution in Australia.
The event will feature distinguished speakers renowned for their expertise and experience, including an opening address by Chief Justice Debra Mortimer, Federal Court of Australia and second address by Justice Julie Ward, President of the New South Wales Court of Appeal.
The conference will be held in-person in Sydney on Friday, 27 February 2026, followed by networking drinks and refreshments.
