Room Rates
The negotiated rates are valid up to 15 August 2025 or until sold out. After this date, accommodation is subject to availability and rates may be subject to increase.
Should a delegate wish to extend their accommodation, please contact the hotel directly to arrange after initial registration has been processed. Rates outside of the negotiated dates Wednesday, 3 September and Thursday, 4 September are subject to the hotels availability.
Hotel Information
Check-In
Upon check-in all guests will be required to present a credit card for pre-authorisation to cover all charges not covered by the booking organiser.
Check-In / Check-Out Times
Check-in time is 1500 hours and check-out time is 1100 hours.
Cancellation
A full refund will be provided for all accommodation cancellations received in writing at least 30 days prior to the event.
No refund will be given for any cancellations received within 30 days of the event, or for no shows.
