Ms Marney Richardson
Migration Queensland 

After completing a Bachelor Degree in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney, Marney moved to China and worked at Beijing Language and Culture University teaching Master Degree English students and then re-located to Calgary, Canada to teach English and settlement skills to new migrants and refugees. She then had a long career with Navitas -  a leading global education group, in various senior and director international marketing roles which had a focus on South East Asia and North Asia markets. In 2014 she undertook a Postgraduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice at the Australian National University and has since worked as a Registered Migration Agent for migration firms in Cairns and Brisbane, before joining MQ as a Senior Project Officer. Marney has recently been appointed to the Manager position at Migration Queensland.
