Glen has practised as Barrister at the Victorian Bar for two decades since 2001, in commercial, employment, industrial, franchising, and property disputes.  He became an IAMA certified mediator in 2006, a Nationally Accredited Mediator in 2010 and has developed his mediation practice since 2012.

Glen became a Victorian Bar Advanced Accredited Mediator in 2020, and a Resolution Institute Fellow & Advanced Accredited Mediator in 2023. He joined the Law Council ADR Committee in 2023.
