Hannah Dickinson
Asylum Seeker Resource Centre

Hannah is the Principal Solicitor of the Human Rights Law Program at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC). An Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law, she has particular expertise in refugee law, visa cancellation, merits review and litigation in all Australia’s federal courts.

Hannah is the Chair and founding member of the Visa Cancellations Working Group, Secretary at Liberty Victoria, one of Australia’s leading civil liberties organisations, and a member of the Migration and Refugee Law Committees of the Law Institute of Victoria. She is a member of the Advisory Committee on the Safe Landing Program and an advisor on the Crimmigration Research Project.

Hannah has extensive experience in private, government, and community legal work. Prior to joining ASRC, Hannah worked at Victoria Legal Aid, litigating migration decisions, as well as at Carina Ford Immigration Lawyers and Clothier Anderson Immigration Lawyers.
