Mitch practices exclusively in immigration law and is one of three accredited specialists in immigration law practicing in South Australia. Mitch primarily works on review applications in the Migration/Refugee and General divisions of the AAT and judicial review matters in the Courts, and has particular expertise in complex family visa issues, refugee and protection visa applications, and visa cancellations. 

Mitch won the John Gibson AM Award for the Young Australian Migration Lawyer of the Year by the Law Council of Australia in 2018, became an accredited specialist in immigration law by the Law Society of South Australia in 2020, and is recognised as a leading immigration lawyer by “Best Lawyers” and Doyles’ guide since 2021. Mitch is also a member of the Migration Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia.
