Sarah Thompson is a Partner at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers in the Commonwealth Government Practice. She has 20 years' experience in immigration law and has been an accredited specialist in immigration law since 2016. 

Sarah has acted for both applicants and the Minister, advising on judicial review applications in the Federal Courts and High Court of Australia and appearing as a solicitor advocate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Federal Court and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
