Dr Daye Gang was called to the Bar in 2019. She takes all migration law briefs from prospects advices to merits review to judicial review appeals. She has had two s 501 cancellations set aside at the AAT and has represented several clients who were victims or perpetrators of family violence. Her PhD was on restorative justice for sexual and family violence. In 2020, she won the International Bar Association Outstanding Young Lawyer Award for her international human rights advocacy including on violence against women in North Korea.
